Holly loves her yoga sessions. Miss Fiona is wonderful, patient and calming and incredibly fun. Holly is autistic and her yoga sessions have been a lifeline. Miss Fiona makes her sessions fun, and sensory friendly too. Holly also learns valuable lessons about the world around her, like being kind, and positive thinking. We love miss Fiona and cannot thank her enough for the difference she has made for our family xxx

Fiona recorded a couple of yoga and meditation videos for my Year 5's in Qatar International school. She made them super quickly and the attention to detail is superb. Thanks so much, the kids will love these!

I highly recommend music box Meditations, I attended a yoga class and Fiona - the lady running the session- was extremely skilled but supportive and made sure everyone was comfortable in the class. The relaxing atmosphere helped me de stress and I left feeling very calm. Thank you for a lovely session.

Olivia has always been very physically capable and enjoys all movement. During covid lock down i started doing yoga with her and she loved it. Luckily she then met Fiona and started classes once a week. Olivia had signs of ASD and ADHD quite early on so she has needed extra help with focus and relaxation, Fiona was the right person to deliver this. I always see a difference in her behaviour after a session with Fiona. Olivia is so engaged in the movement and connects emotionally, spiritually and physically to all aspects. Olivia is currently out of school so has weekly 1-2-1 sessions with Fiona. the sessions not only benefit olivia's well-being but mine as well. Some sessions, Olivia's behaviour is not easy and is dependant on how she feels that day but Fiona is always able to help Olivia in one way or another ranging from meditation, relaxation, massage, reading books looking and pictures, simply engaging Olivia in what she needs there and then. Its a real confidence boost for Olivia as she practices her yoga moves all the time and wants to show Fiona what she is capable off. Thank you!

I highly recommend taking a yoga session with Fiona, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner of yoga and meditation. Fiona is AMAZING at delivering lessons with her personable character, which is reassuring and non-patronizing. She has good knowledge of the different poses and the muscle groups they engage, and was able to offer me adjustments for a knee injury I have to ensure I was working safely. I attended one of her sessions with my teenage daughter, and we both came out feeling relaxed and energized. My muscles got a good workout, and I could feel my body de-stressing with the breath work. I loved how Fiona paid attention to the whole experience, from the aroma entering the room, to the relaxing candles, blocks to aid positions and blankets for the savasana at the end.

I was introduced to yoga through a 6 week beginners course with Fiona at Global Works, and at the beginning I wasn’t expecting much from it; but did want to give it a go.

Since starting, I was not expecting a yoga session to feel like a gym workout. I always feel like I have accomplished something at the end of each class.

I have been attending for about 10 weeks now and have noticed long term pain relief in my back. After 3 failed epidurals during the birth of my twins, it left me with a pins and needles sensation in my shoulders and thighs, and was told this will be something I need to get use to, however, I haven’t experienced that uncomfortable feeling over the past few weeks and I think yoga has been the reason for this.

Overall, attending weekly yoga with Fiona has helped with my body confidence and mental health. If I was to stop now, it would have a noticeable effect on me, I intend on continuing with yoga and keeping yoga with Fiona as part of my new journey going forwards.

I absolutely love what Fiona has done in these videos, its really unique and I haven't seen anything like this before.I love that she has linked the videos to books too. We did the Old McDonald video today and my girls really got into it. They were both really listening and following the instructions. It was very cute to see. When I asked my oldest girl (3 years) what her favourite part of the day was later, she said 'doing yoga'. Genius!
