I Find My Power

I find my power is an uplifting read, highlighting strengths we have in both the physical and emotional form. 

The book works with the mantra 'I can' to help celebrate each child's unique personality and abilities.  It offers yoga postures through the book that open the body, encourage determination, kindness and communication. 

With the inspiring photo stencils the book is produced by the Wistaston Academy Hub Students who take part in their own yoga classes every week.
